Double glass pressed ferns mountain frame~ This real fern frame inside triangle glass would make the suitable gift for gardeners, florists, mountain climbers, hikers, family members, friends, nature lovers and those who love botany, forests and flowers. This frame is a beautiful reminder of summertime to have with you always. A lovely decoration and makes a wonderful addition to any home or work space. Many of the wildflowers in my flower herbariums are collected by me in fields in the state of Maryland and pressed in between books the old-fashioned way. Sometimes I manage to find more exotic flowers from other parts of the country and even from overseas. This glass flower frame is 100% handmade and is made in the lovely Tiffany technique of stained glass. I hand cut each piece of clear glass, carefully inserted dainty pressed flowers inside and then used molten tin solder to seal closed. This piece was then applied a gunmetal patina for a vintage look that reminds you of nostalgic times that many people today cherish and love. This flower frame measures 7.5" in diameter and is cut in a dainty triangle shape. It is very sturdy and lightweight and comes hanging on a gunmetal chain. *If you have an interest in other flowers and multiple frames, please feel free to contact me. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Please take care to not drop this piece and do not wash in water. Use a soft cotton cloth and a bit of water, alcohol or glass cleaner to wipe the surface.
